**Space**

The apartment is designed for five people. It works as a place for groups of friends, families and business clients. If you dream of a weekend in beautiful Wroclaw then you will definitely be satisfied with your stay in this apartment!

ATTENTION! A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. Payment is made by credit card. The amount paid should be refunded within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.

**Access**

Spacious living room with kitchenette:

- The living room has a sofa bed for two, a chest of drawers and a flat TV. There is a dining area between the living room and the annex.
- The kitchenette is fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances: fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, gas stove and oven. Tea and coffee making facilities are available.

Bedroom for two:

- The bright, spacious bedroom is equipped with a large double bed and a wardrobe with mirrors.

Intimate bedroom:

- The second bedroom has a sofa for one person and a desk with a comfortable chair for work

Cozy bathroom:

- The bathroom in bright colors has been equipped with a corner shower. Clean towels, a hair dryer and toiletries are available.

**Interaction**

Throughout the entire stay of guests, we are available by phone and in the office - ready to help in case of any problems.

**Neighborhood**

The apartment is located in a beautiful, green area. Near the apartment there are numerous restaurants, e.g. Hong Ha or Gluten-Free Manufactory. Close location of the stores: Żabka and Biedronka. A few minutes walk to the Old Town.

**Transit**

Bus stop 450 meters from the apartment.

**Notes**

Apartment is located on 8 floor.

We have a flexible approach to your needs, enabling various forms of modification of the day in our apartments:

The fee for check-in after 22:00 is PLN 150.
Extending the check-out time to 1 p.m. involves a fee of PLN 50.
Checking out after 1 p.m. incurs a fee for the next full night.
Any changes to the check-in / check-out hours are possible after prior arrangement with our Customer Service Department.
