**Space**

The apartment is designed for six people. Ideal as a place for groups of friends, families and business clients. Do you care about a good location, high standard and charming surroundings? Then you will definitely be satisfied with your stay in our apartment.

ATTENTION! A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. Payment is made by credit card. The amount paid should be refunded within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, subject to an inspection of the property.

**Access**

Spacious living room with kitchenette and dining room:

- The living room has a fold-out sofa for two, a coffee table, a dresser.
- There is a dining area between the living room and the annex - table and comfortable chairs.
- The kitchenette is fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances: fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, hob, oven, microwave. Tea and coffee making facilities are available.

Two bedrooms:

- The cozy bedrooms have a double bed and a wardrobe.

Cozy bathroom:

- The bathroom has a shower cabin. Clean towels, hair dryer and cosmetics are available.

**Interaction**

Throughout the entire stay of guests, we are available by phone and in the office - ready to help in case of any problems.

**Neighborhood**

The flat is located in the District of Four Temples. The windows of the apartment overlook ul. P. Włodkowica, but also on ul. Podwale, on Tadek Jasiński Boulevard (at the City Moat, part of the Old Town Promenade), from the window you can see the "Fight and Victory" Fountain (John Paul II Square), the Wedding Palace.
Next to ul. St. Antoni, a popular meeting place in Wroclaw, full of cafes, restaurants, not far from the famous Pokoyhof (Pokoyhof Passage) with the Charlotte restaurant. Ul. P. Włodkowica is also known for many restaurants and cafes. In the area there is the New Horizons Cinema, the National Forum of Music, Kolejkowo, the Royal Palace (Wrocław City Museum).

**Transit**

Only 350 meters to the nearest bus stop. You can park in the designated areas (from P. Włodkowica Street, at the front of the building and / or from side streets).

Apartment is located on 4 floor.

We have a flexible approach to your needs, enabling various forms of modification of the day in our apartments:

The fee for check-in after 22:00 is PLN 150.
Extending the check-out time to 1 p.m. involves a fee of PLN 50.
Checking out after 1 p.m. incurs a fee for the next full night.
Any changes to the check-in / check-out hours are possible after prior arrangement with our Customer Service Department.
