Bilocale con cucina abitabile, completamente ristrutturato, situato in uno dei quartieri più residenziali e giovanili di Milano (Città Studi), a 2 minuti a piedi dal Politecnico di Milano, dll’Università di Architettura e Ingegneria. A 3 minuti a piedi della fermata M2 Piola, a 10 minuti di metropolitana dalla fermata di Milano Centrale, meno di 20 minuti di metropolitana da Duomo e a 10 minuti di taxi dall’aereoporto di Linate. La tangenziale est di Milano è raggiungibile in 5 minuti.

L’appartamento è completamente ristrutturato situo al secondo piano con ascensore di importante palazzina dotata di portineria 8 ore al giorno dal lunedì al venerdì e aperta il sabato mattina.

Il bagno è dotato di tutti le comodità: ampia doccia, lavatrice e asciugatrice (separate). Nell’antibagno è presente un grande armadio, utile sia come dispensa che come scarpiera.

Nella strada dell'appartamento e nei dintorno si trovano bar, gelaterie, negozi, ristoranti e molteplici supermercati a meno di 200 metri.

CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO: Il prezzo mensile include le utenze di luce e gas, le spese condominiali, e i costi di Wi-Fi. I dettagli verranno specificati sul contratto di affitto.

Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione.

Modern apartment, completely renovated, located in one of the most residential and youthful neighborhoods of Milan (Città Studi), a 2-minute walk from the Polytechnic University of Milan and the University of Architecture and Engineering. A 3-minute walk from the M2 Piola metro stop, 10 minutes by metro from Milan Central Station, less than 20 minutes by metro from the Duomo, and a 10-minute taxi ride from Linate Airport. The eastern ring road of Milan is reachable within 5 minutes.

The apartment is completely renovated and is located on the second floor with an elevator in an important building equipped with concierge service 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday and open on Saturday mornings.
