The 2-room flat has a total area of approx. 55.83 sqm and is equipped with everything you need to live. The flat includes a complete kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances and of course pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and a wine fridge.

A modern lighting concept and large windows bring light and atmosphere into the flat. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, adjoins the kitchenette and offers a separate dining area for two to four people.
