The apartment is located in Cologne Ostheim. To the next supermarket it is about 10 minutes by foot. There is also a bus stop in the immediate vicinity.

Die Wohnung wurde erst vor kurzem fertiggestellt, demnach sind alle Möbel neu. Die Wohnung verteilt sich auf 2 Etagen. Es gibt eine große Terrasse mit einer Rasenfläche dahinter.
Die Wohnung liegt in Köln Ostheim. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle.
