A fully furnished 2-room apartment in Frankfurt Bornheim is for rent.

The apartment is fully equipped and can be occupied from 1 February 2020 at the earliest.

The minimum rental period is 6 months. There is a possibility to rent the apartment with an all inclusive package: Electricity costs, Internet 50Mbits, all additional costs as well as the actual rent.

Location: The apartment is located on the 13th floor of a 22-storey building. Directly opposite is the TGB as well as a swimming pool and indoor pool. A REWE shop is about 100m away. The subway station Seckbacher Landstraße can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, a bus stop is directly at the house. Furthermore, it is only a 10-minute walk to the Berger Straße with its many restaurants and shops.
Over the road the biggest sport center of Frankfurt is located. The membership is only 12 Euro monthly. Every day more than 30 different courses. Also a big swimming pool belongs to sport center facility.

The apartment has a large balcony and is facing south. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows provide a lot of light. The ambience is very warm and inviting.
