Die Wohnung ist ca. 150 m von der U-Bahnstation Kolumbusplatz entfernt und jeweils nur 3 Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof und vom Marienplatz entfernt. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 12 Minuten zum Marienplatz. Die Entfernung zu den Isar-Auen (Parkanlage) beträgt ca. 150m. Von dort kann man kilometerlang entlang der Isar entweder zum Englischen Garten oder in den Süden radeln. Das Deutsche Museum ist zu Fuß in ca. 6 Minuten erreichbar. Das Glockenbachviertel (Szeneviertel) befindet sich direkt auf der anderen Seite der Isar. Die Entfernung zum Kiesstrand der Isar beträgt ca. 300 m. Im Sommer kann man dort baden oder zur in der Mitte der Isar sich befindenden Weideninsel schwimmen. Viele Konzerte finden im ca. 800m entfernten Gasteig statt.

The distance to the Isar floodplains (park) is about 150m. From there you can cycle for miles along the Isar either to the English Garden or to the south. The Deutsches Museum can be reached on foot in about 6 minutes. The Glockenbachviertel (scene quarter) is located directly on the other side of the Isar. The distance to the pebble beach of the Isar is about 300 m. In summer you can swim there or go to the willow island in the middle of the Isar. Many concerts take place in Gasteig, which is about 800m away.
