Cozy apartment located in the heart of Balon, the district of Turin where one of the largest antiques markets in Italy comes to life every Saturday and second Sunday of the month. The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with a lift, opens onto the bright living room which features a comfortable sofa, a wall equipped with a television, a dining table and an open kitchen well stocked with all utensils, including an oven and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, the first, with access to the gallery, is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second is furnished with a single bed, a single sofa bed and a wardrobe. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower. Comforts such as a washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and central heating for the colder days are available to guests.***The final cleaning fee encompasses not only the move-out cleaning service but also includes a mandatory contract registration fee of €20***IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that the monthly prices listed on the website are applicable for a maximum of 4 guests.
