separate private room in a flat in Düsseldorf

A room is rented. In this there is a large bed for two people, a computer work table with an office chair, a chair for relaxing, a clothes rack, a folding clothes dryer, an ironing board, an iron, a hair dryer to dry hair, a radio. A connection for cable TV is also available. I would like the heating in the room, bathroom to be turned up to level 2 only. It is only allowed to cook in the kitchen in the presence of the host.
