Stylish old building apartment in the Belgian Quarter

The apartment is newly renovated and furnished with love in a modern and stylish way. Here you can feel comfortable and at home.
It is perfectly suited for 1-2 persons and also ideal for business travellers or couples who have a longer stay in Cologne.

There is a very comfortable double bed. Also a flat screen TV and a fast W-Lan are mandatory. The apartment has a fully equipped and high-quality designer kitchen, which leaves hardly any wish unfulfilled. Dining out in the numerous restaurants right next door is all well and good, but every day?
Sometimes it has to be something selfmade and here cooking is really fun and a dishwasher is of course also available!

And who does the cleaning? Every 14 days we clean and change the laundry: in the sleeping area, in the kitchen and bathroom

The property is centrally located in one of the most beautiful streets in the popular Belgian quarter. It is away from the main traffic streams and is single-lane.
Although the turbulent city bustle takes place directly in front of the door, the apartment is still quiet as it faces an inner courtyard.

Here all distances are short! The stores for daily needs, countless great restaurants, bars, hip clubs and fancy boutiques that make the Quarter unique. A cinema, some theaters or galleries are also within walking distance. Also the Brüsseler Platz is around the corner, where in summer evenings are always quite busy.
Ehren-, Pfeil- and Mittelstraße, further shopping miles and shopping temples in abundance are within walking distance.
Then you can relax in the Stadtgarten, Grüngürtel or at the Aachener Weiher, everything is within easy reach.

A car is absolutely unnecessary here. Parking spaces are usually hard to find and expensive almost everywhere. But there are several parking garages just around the corner.

But the connection to local and long-distance traffic is almost perfect.
The subway station Rudolfplatz is only about 200 meters away, the
Friesenplatz about 700 meters away. To reach the main station and Cologne Cathedral you can get there in three minutes without changing trains.
To the airport you need only about 15-25 minutes, depending on the traffic and the frequency. The rest of the city, most of the cultural institutions and the university can be reached in a short time by foot, bicycle or public transport.
In short - the cathedral city lies directly at your feet!

The price includes all additional costs and taxes and is valid for one occupancy
of maximum 2 persons. Final cleaning and a 14 day cleaning and laundry service are included.
