This well-lilt and cozily furnished apartment in a building from the 19th century is located in the green district of Karlshorst. The quiet flat has a homely ground plan with a spacious living room that faces to the South with a sofa and TV and an adjoining balcony. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, such as a fridge/freezer combination, gas stove, a microwave as well as pots, pans and cutlery. In the bathroom, a bathtub, a washing machine and a window that faces the green backyard. The whole apartment has just been refurbished in 2015 and especially strikes through its quiet and green but still well-connected location.

The flat is in Karlshorst and is surrounded by many green parks. The River Spree can be reached in a short walk as can the tram as well as train station Karlshorst. Die ruhige Wohnung hat einen wohnlichen Grundriss, mit großzügigem nach Süden ausgerichteten Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couch und einem großen Fernseher und angrenzendem Balkon. Die Einbauküche verfügt über alle nötigen Küchenutensilien, wie eine Kühl/Gefrierkombination, Gasherd, eine Mikrowelle und Besteck sowie Töpfe. Im Badezimmer mit Badewanne ist außerdem eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, und ein Fenster bietet einen Ausblick in den grünen Innenhof. Die gesamte Wohnung ist Ende 2015 neu renoviert worden und zeichnet sich besonders durch ihre sehr ruhige und grüne, dennoch gut angebundene Lage aus.

Das Apartment liegt in Karlshorst und ist umgeben von viel Grünfläche. Zur Spree sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten, trotzdem ist die Tram und der S-Bahnhof Karlshorst ebenso schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier gibt es auch einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Bahn fährt in ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz. Aufgrund der Lage gibt es hier auch viele Parkmöglichkeiten, um Auto oder Motorrad abzustellen.
