Ciuk 11 is a modern and comfortable apartment located in the heart of the mount(hidden)etween Bormio and Bormio 2.000 right next to the popular Stelvio slope which will host all the men's alpine skiing competitions of the 2.026 Olympics and which has been home to important competitions from 1.982 to today. . Located on the second floor in a newly built structure, this apartment will be able to make you live unforgettable moments thanks to its wonderful view of the mountains that can be enjoyed from the terrace. Ideal for couples who want to spend a romantic weekend surrounded by nature but also for skiers who have always dreamed of putting on and taking off their skis in front of the house thanks to the proximity to the Ciuk-Laghetti chairlift, reachable on foot in 2 minutes. The icing on the cake is the opportunity to enjoy an excellent typical Valtellinese dinner at the Baita de Mario which is located right next to the residence. It is equipped with TV, dishwasher, and all the small appliances for a comfortable stay, as well as a brand new double sofa bed, double bedroom, and a modern and functional bathroom. The apartment also has a paid private garage. A small pearl where you can enjoy the mountains at 360 degrees.
RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date;
We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-outdate;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.
- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night
MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION
60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 12th 2024 and April 23th 2024 included.
N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed.
