Room available in 2 person flat share march 2015

Hei guys!

My flatmate unfortunately moves out and i am looking for someone to move in from march 2015 on. The room has about 14 m²  and the whole apartment has about 75m². Your room would be bright and pretty quiet because it is oriented to the courtyard(zum Hof gerichtet). The apartment is located in the 18th district which is a little outside but it is a very comfortable one (bit noble) with a few nice parks around.

From the living room you have  really good view over vienna.

The apartment and your  room is fully furnished, washing machine, linen, towels etc and you can use everything.

The monthly rent is EUR 387 and everything is included. The deposit is EUR 387  please.

It takes about 30 minutes to go to the  university of vienna(schottentor), to wirtschaftsuni it is about 40 minutes  to BOKU about 15 minutes, to AKH (hospital) 20 minutes, to Stephansplatz it is about 35-40 minutes

I am 29 years old  and of course young, dynamic and succesful ;-),.... phd student in law at the moment and my name is clemens (male, austrian) i am very helpful and tolerant,easy going person

I like to play tennis (work as a tennis teacher at the moment  ) and ice hockey, meeting people,
i spent 8 months in france l, so someone from abroad would be perfect as well because i like it multicultural, last house mate comes from  ireland and  he leaves unfortunately after 20 months,
