Grocery shops, hairdressers, gyms, hotels, swimming pools etc are a 2 minute walk away. The area is surprisingly quiet because the building is located off the main streets in a cul-de-sac. The lively Istiklal street (which offers every kind of shopping, bars, restaurants, cinemas, clubs etc) is a 10 minute walk away and Taksim Square is also a comfortable 10-15 minutes away. The Metro stops of Taksim and Sishane which connect you to the rest of Istanbul are 10-15 minutes walk away.
The apartment would be an ideal holiday or retirement apartment and with its excellent location would generate very good rental income.
