Modern accommodation, recently completely renovated, decorated and furnished. Located in the historic quarter, in the heart of Santa Cruz, in the La Concepción neighborhood, the oldest in the capital. This has managed to recover the traditional spirit of the city and develop an important offer in leisure, culture and restaurants. Ideal for travelers looking to stay in an unbeatable location in the heart of the city that will undoubtedly contribute to maximizing an unforgettable experience.
Santa Cruz has become a medium-sized city compared to other Spanish cities thanks to a modern urban proposal, full of shops and department stores, as well as multiplex cinemas, shopping centers and a large number of quality restaurants and entertainment venues. And all this without losing its identity, its kind gesture towards the visitor, its green spaces.

The La Concepción neighborhood, where the accommodation is located, is the oldest neighborhood in the city and La Noria street is the true heart of colonial Santa Cruz. Around this emblematic street, the life of this historic and picturesque neighborhood revolves, which transmits a strong charm: with its peculiar Canarian colonial architectural style, its centrality or its permanent bustle. However, the accommodation is located on a pedestrian street, parallel to Calle de la Noria, much quieter and less busy than this, so the activity in the area is not a problem for guests who want to stay in the center .

The Barrio de la Concepción, or colonial neighborhood of Santa Cruz de Tenerife is full of colorful colonial-style facades, with dozens of restaurants and bars lining its crowded sidewalks. at the end of the street is the Iglesia de La Concepción with its magnificent bell tower. Inside, the Cross carried by the conquistador Fernández de Lugo and some of the most revered images of the island are guarded.

This is the historic center of a city that has been the capital of the island since 1723, and without the need to leave until the conquest of the island, has a history full of bravery and naval assaults, which can still be found in some faithful vestiges, like the rusty cannons near the Paso Alto military club, where the defense made by General Antonio Gutiérrez against Admiral Nelson was posted in 1774. Today that place is a peaceful little enclave almost hidden among the trees, great for rest after a walk to the city limits in the direction of Las Teresitas beach, seven kilometers away.

The accommodation is just two steps from an endless number of shops and establishments of all kinds, the traditional Nuestra Señora de África market, shopping centers, or the Maritime Park.

In the cultural section we find in the immediate vicinity the public library and exhibition hall TEA, the Museum of Nature and Archeology, the museum of the Castle of San Cristóbal, the Black Castle with its Casa de la Pólvora or the Hermitage of Our Lady of Regla ( one of the oldest on the islands dating from the 17th century), several emblematic churches, the Barrio del Toscal (the other historic neighborhood of the capital) with the Plaza de San Francisco and its spectacular church, the Adán Martín Auditorium, the Guimerá Theater, the Palmetum or the Maritime Park.

In addition, the city center is an ideal area to practice sports thanks to its parks, calisthenics and outdoor training stations, as well as lanes for pedestrians, runners and bicycles along the Paseo Marítimo. There are also several gyms and functional training centers.
Playa de las Teresitas and the Parque Marítimo are the main points to enjoy the excellent climate of the city, the sun and the temperature of the water.
It is also worth noting the excellent communication by public transport, with bus, taxi and tram stops a few meters from the door.

Enjoy our center, our history and our people!

Santa Cruz is a capital that can be explored perfectly on foot. Virtually everything is within a maximum of 15 minutes on foot and our advice is to take advantage of it. If you want to visit La Laguna, you can use the bus or the tram (also very close to the apartment). If you decide to rent a car to visit the rest of the island you can look for parking in the surrounding streets without worry because in Tenerife we don't have parking meters! And, if you can't find it, a few meters from the accommodation there are several paid parking lots.
