The apartment is on the first floor of a building with no elevator. Its located on a calm and residential area, in close proximity to a variety of attractions, including beaches, parks, playgrounds and cultural sites.

- Bedrooms
It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds.

- Living Room
The living Room features a comfortable seating area with sofa and TV, a dining table for 4 and opens up to a balcony with a welcoming hammock.

- Bathroom
The apartment has one bathroom with shower.

- Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen awaits you, furnished with a cooktop, a microwave, oven and refrigerator. Also features a dining table for 4.

Other Information:

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
