The special feature of these domiciles is the skilful “less is more” equipment and fantastic views of the ocean. The property is only a few steps away from the town center and is still in a quiet location.

The garden extends over several terraces in a sunny south-west facing position. Armed with a garden or deck chair, everyone will find their favorite spot here. Old vines, laurel, fig and sugar apple trees provide shade, scents and fruits. A levada, an island-typical artificial stream, splashes through the middle of the property. Each of the two houses has a sunny patio and a brick barbecue where you can prepare your fresh fish in the evening and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.
