In the immediate vicinity, on the one hand, Rakowiecki Forest, Park on the Low Meadows, Eastern Park, and accompanying them numerous jogging and cycling routes. On the other hand, a marina with canoe and boat rentals, allowing to admire the charms of the city by water. Next to the complex is the Hotel Wodnik, where you can enjoy all-day dining.

The 40 sqm apartment is decorated in bright colors and a modern, minimalist style. It consists of a bedroom-room (in it a 2-person sofa bed, a work desk, a double closet), a living room with a corner sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area for 4 people and a large balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a spacious hallway.
