A perfect flat to enjoy Madrid in comfort and in the best area of the city.
The flat is on the first floor WITH LIFT of a building declared of cultural interest. The flat is interior to a courtyard, so silence is guaranteed. - A large and spacious bathroom.
- Air conditioning (living room and master bedroom only).
Of course, there is Wi-Fi in the flat with fibre optics.
