Wonderful duplex penthouse in the heart of Malaga for 4 people in one of the most popular areas of the city, the Soho area, right in front of Antonio Banderas' Soho Theater.
It is an apartment with a main bedroom with two single beds and skylights in the sloping ceiling, beautiful and very romantic. The entire apartment with wooden floors, which makes the duplex very warm and welcoming.
It has a bathroom with shower and a living room with an integrated kitchen with all the electrical appliances you may need: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker... On the upper open floor, it has a single futon and a single sofa bed. Ideal for families and friends.

The apartment is one step away from all the most visited places in the city of Malaga, next to the Port and the 'Alameda Principal' (urban bus stops).

Bright cozy duplex located in the historic center of Malaga, in the beautiful district of Soho. It is on Calle Córdoba and just a few minutes walk from Calle Larios (Málaga's main street), Plaza de la Constitución and the newly renovated Muelle Uno port area, with its magnificent Pompidou Museum, surrounded by hundreds of fashion stores (Zara , Massimo deber, Adolfo Domínguez, etc) and a wide variety of restaurants and bars.

Rules: Pets cannot use beds, sofas, etc. Please, do not leave your pet alone in the house and also try to avoid noise.
To consider:
Free weekly cleaning (includes change of sheets and towels). Does not include kitchenware cleaning.
The entry time is from 15:00 to 21:00. If you want to register after 9:00 p.m.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., we offer two options: .1- Pick up the keys at the office at no cost,
2- meet at the reserved apartment. This last service has an extra charge of EUR 50 payable upon arrival.
Please let us know in advance so we can organize ourselves.
You can leave your luggage at our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over the age of 16 will have to sign the police register.
Please, do not forget that we will ask you for a refundable deposit upon your arrival. This deposit will have to be paid by credit card.
