The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all necessary appliances such as a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, allowing you to cook up delicious meals in the comfort of your own space.

The bedroom is located on the upper floor of the duplex, and features a comfortable double bed, ample storage space, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The large windows in the bedroom offer panoramic views of the marina, creating a truly magical atmosphere.

Check Out Rules:
- Check out until 10:00 am = Free
- Check out between 10:00 and 13:00 = 35% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
- Check out between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm = 50% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
- Check out between 16:00 and 20:00 = 75% of the daily rate paid (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travellers. For this reason, we are taking the following actions:

- Provide hand soap for all bathrooms.
- Clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.
- Change all our linen and towels after every stay.
- We make sure that the property is aired, disinfected in between guests and we also use an ozone machine for air disinfection of every property.
