The freshly renovated apartment is located in Essen-Frohnhausen in a well-kept apartment building on the ground floor with the possibility of shared use of the garden.

The apartment has three rooms, kitchen and bathroom.
- The spacious living-dining room has a comfortable
3-seater sofa, this can be quickly pulled out into a sofa bed and offers a bed for a maximum of two people.

- From the living-dining room you get to the modern open kitchen which is equipped with all cooking utensils (pots, pans, etc.) and at the same time offers plenty of space in drawers and cupboards. So you can take care of yourself completely! The kitchen also has a dishwasher!

- The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (1.80x2m) and a high-quality mattress, where you can choose between a hard and soft surface.
There is enough storage space in the dressers / closet for your clothes, shoes and luggage.

- The second small bedroom is furnished with a bright workplace. There are several sockets and a work light with USB connection to enable you to work comfortably. Or it can be converted into a full-fledged sleeping area without further ado (max. 1-2 people).
