Pretty apartment close to main station

The apartment is located in a lively moroccan neighborhood very close to the main station. There are shops (bakery, Cafe, grocery) in the same street.
Through the main station the whole city and neighboring cities as well as the airport are very easily accessible.
The apartment was renewed (new kitchen, new bathroom, floors, painting) in 2022.
Unfortunately there is no elevator.
