1 x Fully furnished spacious room available on the top (2nd floor) of a spacious villa in Al-Gharaffa.

Rarely available, but due to the upcoming departure of one of our friends we have a room coming up for rent. Finding someone who matches our vibe and the vibe of the house is a key factor for us in considering any new housemate. 

Most of us have been living together since 2018, and have lived in Qatar even longer since 2013 and earlier, we treat each other with respect and courtesy therefore we expect the same from any new potential housemate.

We have a preference for western-minded individuals. We are a mixed household of friends from various nationalities, all are working professionals (Finance Managers, Consultants, Teachers) and mixed genders, 3 x women, 4 x men. We're all between 25 - 35 years old. Most of us work or have worked at the Big4 firms PwC, EY etc.

This is a relaxed and laid back household, with no restrictions on food and drink, and we are respectful of each others lifestyles.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area and has 7 large ensuite bedrooms in total, so you would have 6 housemates, most of us are never in the country, we travel a lot for work etc. Even with a full house generally super quiet.

The room is rented on the basis of a 3-month rolling contract with 30 days notice for termination.

From the house to West Bay takes approximately 15-20 mins by car. We connect easily to Doha expressway, Sidra Medical, Qatar Foundation and Lusail.
