L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata, pavimentazione interamente in parquet e impianto domotico, che consente una gestione semplice ed efficace della propria casa. Il sistema di aria condizionata è centralizzato e funziona nei periodi in cui viene attivato dal condominio: gli ospiti, durante il loro soggiorno, possono semplicemente aumentare o diminuire la temperatura di +/- 3 °. Palazzo Beltrade is a prestigious, historic building in the center of Milan which has been extensively renovated in 2016 with a blueprint that skillfully merges history and innovation, a mere few steps from the Duomo.

Modern 2 bedroom apartment of about 85 sq. mt. located on the 5th floor of Palazzo Beltrade. Piazza Santa Maria Beltrade is located in a quiet and peaceful area just a short walk from Piazza Duomo.
The apartment opens onto the entrance furnished with a coat rack. In front of the entrance is the laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, and closet. Then there is the first bathroom, complete with a large shower.
On the other side you have access to the living room with an open floor plan kitchen, equipped with induction burners, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, traditional oven, and microwave. The living room is complete with a table for 4 guests, a TV corner, and a comfortable sofa bed for one person.
The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with abat-jours, and a large walk-in closet.
