Cette ravissante chambre en colocation, meublée, équipée et prête-à-vivre à Lyon unit confort et design. Elle propose de nombreux équipements comme un lit double confortable et hypoallergénique avec couette et oreillers. Ne reste plus qu'à apporter vos vêtements pour emménager ! La chambre ferme à clef si vous souhaitez plus d'intimité.

Toutes nos chambres sont entièrement meublées (lit, bureau, penderie,
couette, oreillers…).

Le logement est situé dans le quartier Monchat, en plein centre de Lyon. De nombreux transports publics, commerces, restaurants sont aux alentours. La colocation est au rez-de-chaussée. Elle est prête-à-vivre et propose une cuisine équipée de A à Z avec frigo, micro-ondes, ustensiles, poêles, bouilloire, vaisselle, grille-pain, casseroles… De même que lave-linge, tancarville, planche à repasser, fer à repasser.
Tout le matériel pour le ménage est présent au sein de cette colocation : aspirateur, balai, balai-brosse, seau et serpillère… Chaque colocation meublée inclut toutes les charges : eau, charges de copropriété, taxe sur les ordures, wifi illimité, électricité, assurance habitation.

Tous nos appartements sont entièrement équipés (lave-linge, vaisselle,
décoration…) par nos équipes, qui se chargent également de la maintenance
technique et matérielle.

Avec ses maisons en pisé au jardin individuel, le quartier de Lacassagne - Montchat a l'allure des petits villages français. Son ambiance pavillonnaire calme, en fait l'un des rares quartiers de l'agglomération lyonnaise ayant gardé son charme d'antan et offrant de grands espaces verts tels que le Parc Georges Bazin et le Parc de Chambovet, qui offre une vue panoramique sur la ville, et sur la Basilique Notre Dame de Fourvière. De nombreux marchés biologiques sont installés dans le quartier, ainsi que le traditionnel marché du Chateau de Montchat, datant du XVIème siècle et qui est aujourd'hui restauré en salles locatives pour les séminaires d'entreprises et événements festifs. Montchat est également proche de la Part-Dieu, centre d’affaires de Lyon, qui abrite un des plus grands centre commercial d’Europe, et constitue le hub des transports lyonnais (métros, trains, aéroport..). All our flats are located in the city centre and close to all amenities
and public transport (Metro, Tramway and Bus).

This elegant private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and turn-key flatshare in Lyon is a perfect combination of comfort and design. It comes with household furnishings, including a double bed with pillows and duvet All you need to do is to bring your things to feel at home! The room has a door latch if you need intimacy.

All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).

The flatshare can be found in the "Monchat" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Plenty of public transports, restaurants, shops are accessible close at hand. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is ready-to-live-in and is composed of a fitted kitchen with fridge, crockery, microwave, toaster, pans, kettle, kitchen ustensils… The flat also has an iron, a washing machine, a clothes rack, an ironing board.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: broom, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, bagless hoover… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: condominium fees, household waste tax, water, unlimited wi-fi, housing insurance, electricity.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Charming brick houses and gardens make Lacassange – Montchat, in Lyon’s 3rd arrondissement, feel like a little French village. The calm, suburban atmosphere makes it one of the rare neighbourhoods in the greater Lyon area which still has its old charm, with its vast green spaces like the George Bazin park and the Chambovet park (which offers an outstanding panoramic view of the city as well as the cathedral on Fourvière hill). Many organic fruit-and-veg markets are held in the area, in addition to the traditional market of the Château de Montchat – a building which itself dates from the 16th century and nowadays is used as function rooms for business seminars and festive events. Montchat is also close to Part Dieu, Lyon’s commercial district which is home to one of Europe’s largest shopping centres and the main public transport hub (subway, airport shuttle, trains, buses, trams, coaches…). The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive support in case of
need for intervention in your accommodation.
