Located 5 minutes from the Mar Bella beach and 5 minutes from the center of the pleasant neighborhood of Poblenou. All the rooms and the living-dining room overlook a garden area inside the block. It has 3 bedrooms, one of them en suite, one double and one single. All of them open onto a terrace overlooking the garden area. The living-dining room has direct access to the terrace. The kitchen, renovated and fully equipped, is integrated to the living-dining room, so it also has plenty of natural light. In total, it has 2 complete bathrooms, one of them in the suite. Equipped with air conditioning in the dining room, heating throughout the house and parquet floors. Smoking is not allowed inside the house and pets are not allowed. The rent includes parking space in the same building and responsible consumption of supplies: 150 euros.
