Dondelange (Kehlen), short or long term flatshare

Hello, I have a room available in a house at 13km north of Luxembourg city.  The connection by bus is really good and the busstop is located at 100m of the house.  There is also parking space available in the garden. The rent is 780 EUR/month (all charges included except internet is separate).  There are 6 rooms in total in the house but there is only 1 room available.  You have to share the bathroom with 1 other person and the kitchen with 3 other persons.  Contracts are flexible. Minimum duration : 1 month.  Short or long term. Everybody can leave with a 1 month notice. I only accept males, non smoking who have a job. The room is for 1 person only, so couples are excluded.
