Charming Duplex Apartment near the Trade Fair!
Welcome to our comfortably furnished duplex apartment, perfect for up to 6 people.
Children and pets are warmly welcomed!
Enjoy entertainment in the living room and both bedrooms with TVs, including Netflix Premium (ad-free) and Amazon Prime. You can also access various streaming services using the Fire TV Stick.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a starter set for an immediate cooking experience (salt, pepper, oil, etc.), leaves nothing to be desired.
The apartment not only provides a workspace but also includes a garage(with electricity and water) and a parking space.
In the basement, you have access to your own washing machine and dryer in your Basementroom.
Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 double bed (2 people)
- 1 single bed (1 person)
- 1 sofa bed (2 people)
- 2 sleeper chairs (2 x 1 person)
In addition to a shower, the spacious bathtub invites you to dream.
Smoking is not allowed throughout the apartment, but you can take a relaxing break on the spacious terrace with an ashtray.
For the little ones, there are children's books and games such as Uno and puzzles.
