Dear prospective tenants,
Our apartment is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Düsseldorf Vennhausen, just under 2 km from Unterbacher See/Südstrand. Taking a leisurely stroll through the forest is a wonderful way to escape the daily routine.
Supermarkets, S-Bahn stations, and bus stops are all less than a 5-minute walk away, allowing you to reach Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof within 10 minutes.
There are many small restaurants, pharmacies, drugstores, and other amenities in the vicinity. Our neighborhood is home to very friendly and helpful residents.
Situated on the third floor, the apartment was fully renovated in March 2023. It features suspended ceilings and beautiful ceiling lights that are dimmable in the living room and bedroom.
The bathroom boasts elegant tiles and a nearly level shower with an illuminated shower shelf. The sanitary facilities are in white and sourced from Grohe and Duravit, with the toilet equipped with self-cleaning edges to prevent unpleasant dirt buildup.
The entire apartment has been finished with a fine plaster, resulting in smooth, white ceilings and walls. The windows, doors, and radiators are all new and of high quality.
A timeless oak parquet floor has been laid throughout, complementing the white ceilings and walls beautifully. The balcony is decked with Bankirai wood, providing a barefoot-friendly spot for enjoying coffee outdoors in the summer.
In the bedroom, you'll find a cozy Karl Koin box spring bed and an electric fireplace built into the wall, controllable by remote from the comfort of the bed. The dining room features a side-by-side refrigerator offering cold water, ice, and crushed ice, an extendable white table with four designer chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
The living room is furnished with a new gray Chesterfield couch and an 86-inch (2.18 m) TV, perfect for movie nights. A Kentia palm in the living room adds a touch of tranquility and relaxation.
Nightlights are installed in the bathroom and hallway to provide gentle illumination for evening walks. The third room is furnished with two new single box spring beds, bedside tables, and a small wardrobe.
