- A beautiful open kitchen perfectly equipped (kettle, toaster, blender, oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),

- Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, Wi-Fi, and stereo.
The Neighborhood
By staying in the 10th arrondissement, you'll be in the heart of one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the capital. Numerous designer shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and activities will be within walking distance. You can also stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin, one of the favorite spots for Parisians, especially in fine weather, or reach the Marais, Montorgueil district, Montmartre, or even Notre-Dame on foot. It only takes a metro ride to discover the historic center of Paris, the Père-Lachaise Cemetery, Place de la Bastille, as well as the Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower, and all the greatest monuments that make Paris the most beautiful city in the world.
For a drink, we recommend the Cour des Petites Ecuries, less than a 10-minute walk away, where many bars with a bohemian atmosphere will charm you.
