È composto da 2 cucine abitabili, 5 Bagni e 13 stanze singole in totale. la villa è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucine equipaggiate.
La zona è residenziale e il contesto è particolarmente movimentato/piacevole e molto apprezzato dagli studenti e dai lavoratori Zona molto servita, vicina a tutti i principali servizi, come supermercato, fermata dell'autobus, metrò, farmacia. A pochi passi dal polo industriale Philip Morris.
OUR CONDITIONS:
1. If you are workers rent payment will be scheduled quarterly
2. We offer all-inclusive rooms. The rent includes: condominium expenses, electricity, gas, heating, water, WIFI, waste tax. In the house it is forbidden to smoke. The apartments are mixed (male and female) There is a one-off fee including: - full insurance coverage (with civil liability of the tenant)
- regular maintenance and periodic checks that guarantee the house will always be in excellent condition for the entire duration of your contract

- an Apartment Manager at your disposal that you can call for any need during your stay

this 450 € fee will be asked to cover all these things
