This family apartment ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 100 sqm surface. The space is divided in: - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms The building has intercom and elevator. The flat is ideal for 4 people, nevertheless, this MintyStay apartment can host up to 5 guests, including its sofa-bed. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an ensuite bathroom with shower plate, whereas second bedroom has a double bed. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bed linen, two towels per guest, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a L-shaped sofa-bed and Smart TV with HDMI input. There is a gas-communitary heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days.
