Currently all the roommates are living here for long term
So It would be preferred to stay here long term, as we would love the family-like atmosphere at home.
short term would be welcome as well.
The house is utilized with the home size gym as you can see in the picture.
This place consists of 5 rooms; 2 rooms in the first floor and 3 rooms in second floor (one room would be available) .
