The 3-room flat has a total area of approx. 96 sqm and is equipped with everything you need to live. The flat includes a complete kitchen with high-quality built-in appliances and of course pots, pans, cutlery and a wine fridge.

A modern lighting concept and large windows bring lots of light into the flat. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, adjoins the kitchenette and offers a separate dining area for two to four people.

Thanks to the particularly good sound insulation of the windows, the noises of the city stay outside. In the separate bedroom there is an additional flat-screen TV, as well as a large double bed. From your bedroom you come directly into the bathroom.
