I am renting out 2 separate rooms with a size of approx. 15 m². The rooms are fully furnished, each with a new 1.40 cm wide bed, mirror cabinet, desk, shelf, etc. The floor of the rooms consists of modern, wide oak floorboards.

A newly equipped designer kitchen with a dishwasher, induction cooker, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine is also provided. The newly designed bathroom is equipped with a shower bath, toilet and bidet. In addition, the apartment has a separate toilet with a large sink. The apartment is located in Gröbenzell on the western edge of Munich, it is a quiet area with lots of green. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the S-Bahn, and the journey to Munich Central Station takes around 25 minutes. Shops can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. By bike it is about 10 minutes to the next lake.

The apartment is used by a Munich based architect as work space (one room is office space). The architect lives primarily with his family in Munich / Bogenhausen, but uses the apartment occasionally for living.
