Our apartment will be available for sublease from 01.11.25 -30.01.26. Our apartment is about 8 minutes from the main train station. Shopping facilities can be reached on foot at the same time. It is a quiet street with plenty of parking. A communal garden is in the backyard and may be used. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has 8 steps to the entrance. Everything in the apartment is barrier-free, except the shower and bathtub.
