Comfortable apartment, close to cologne with impeccable…

Apartment 3 has an area of 25 sqm as well and is located on the 1st floor in house 96. It has a small entrance area, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living-bedroom for one people.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, towels, toothbrush cups and a hairdryer.
The kitchen was specifically made for this apartment and consists of a sink base cabinet with a 2-zone ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a Senseo machine, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave oven. Dish towels are also provided for. Additionally there are coffee pods, tea bags, as well as sugar and sweetener available for my guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and pans.

In the living/bedroom two single beds can be pushed together to form a double bed. A closet with hangers and a dresser are included as well. The beds are always freshly made when my guests arrive.
For entertainment and communication, the apartment offers Internet access and a flat screen TV.
Out of consideration for other guests, smoking is not allowed! Bringing pets isn´t permitted either.
