The flat consists of a large living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a storage room. It is located on the 8th floor (of 9 floors).
There is also a spacious balcony with a distant view of Cologne Cathedral and the Lanxess Arena.
The flat faces the inner courtyard and is therefore fairly quiet.
