This cozy apartment has been newly developed and is fully equipped. All you have to do is bring your personal belongings and you can feel right at home.

There is a double bed 140x200m, the bathroom has a rain shower and washing machine.
In the large living-dining area there is a comfortable couch, flat screen TV and a large kitchenette with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob and microwave.
The apartment is located in the beautiful district of Essen-Katernberg and there are all shops for daily needs within walking distance (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann, dm, butchers, pharmacies and much more.)
The apartment is not far from the Zollverein colliery and the Revierpark Nienhausen. The Nordsternpark in neighboring Gelsenkirchen can also be reached quickly and invites you to relax.
The district of Katernberg has very good transport links. You can get to Essen city center directly by bus or train; the journey by car takes 12 minutes.

The A42 and A40 motorways can also be reached very quickly.
