We are looking for subtenants for our apartment in Bonn Endenich, as we are going abroad for six months.
The apartment has 94m2, 3 rooms, two bathrooms and a small garden.

The rent includes:

The rental period would be from 01.08.24 or optionally a little earlier or later until 31.03.2025 or optionally a little earlier or later.

The building was completed in 2021 and we are the first tenants of this beautiful apartment.

The apartment is sublet fully furnished (except mattress) and offers everything a modern home needs. The three rooms are currently furnished as 1st living/dining room, office and bedroom. We are non-smokers, but have a cat that will of course not be in the apartment for the time being.
