The listed railway attendant's residence was built in 1901 by the Royal Railway Company. It was completely renovated and modernised in 2021. The single house has retained its unique charm.

It has its own garden. Blankenes railway station is in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe, the centre of Blankenes and the famous Blankeneser Treppenviertel are within walking distance.
