Es ist eine 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung mit hohen Decken und sehr schöner historischer Stil. Es übersieht zwei Straßen: eine ist eine ruhige Einbahnstraße, die andere hat ein bisschen mehr Verkehr. Es ist im 2. Stock (kein Lift) und hat:
- zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem 140cm * 200cm Doppelbett und das andere mit einem Twin-Trundle-Bett und einem 3m² Balkon.
- 1.5 Wohnzimmer bedeutet einen großen Wohnraum. Es ist eigentlich zwei miteinander verbundene Räume: der Essbereich mit 3m² Balkon und die TV / Couch (Sofa-Bett) Bereich.
- eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
- ein 3m² Badezimmer mit großem Wasser-Heiztank innen.
- ein separates WC (keine Toilette im Badezimmer).
Leider ist die Wohnung nicht behindertengerecht.

It is a 3.5 rooms flat with high ceilings and very nice historical local style. It overlooks two streets: one is a quiet one-way street, the other one has a bit more traffic. It is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and has:
- two bedrooms, one with a 140cm*200cm double bed, and the other with a twin-trundle bed and a 3m² balcony.
- 1.5 living room means a large living space. It is actually a two connected spaces: the dining area witha 3m² balcony and the TV/couch (sofa-bed) area.
- a fully equipped kitchen.
- a 3m² bathroom with a large water-heating-tank inside.
- a separate WC (no toilet inside the bathroom).
Unfortunately the flat is not suitable for disabled access.
