The apartment is located between Bürgerpark and Golfclub Bremerhaven in a new development area. It is particularly quiet and yet centrally located (main train station 1.5 km, shopping 1.2 km, hospital Reinkenheide 2.5 km, highway exit 1.5 km). By bus, car or bicycle you reach the city center in less than 15 minutes (3 km), the Bürgerpark starts directly behind the house. Thus, distances within Bremerhaven are short, whether for work or for recreation and tourism.

The apartment consists of a living-dining room with integrated fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with large shower. The apartment was built in the summer of 2023 and is located on the first floor of a detached house. There is a terrace to the house and a garden (usable from spring 2024). All rooms have large doors to the garden and the view of the greenery.
