The apartment is located on the border of Kreuzberg/Neukölln in the immediate vicinity of Treptower Park. It is on the raised first floor and the bedrooms have an exit to the courtyard with a small garden. The living room has a balcony facing the street. There is a bus stop right next to the apartment and stores for everyday life are in the immediate vicinity.
