Lovely, fully furnished shared room with large garden near the old town (shared flat for 3 people).

The apartment was completely renovated in 2025.

The shared room is furnished with a box spring bed (140 cm wide), a closet, a desk as well as a sofa and TV (incl. Amazon Fire TV Stick). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans as well as glasses and cups. A washing machine is also available in the apartment.

There is also a large communal garden for the entire house where you can barbecue and relax in the summer.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street close to the city center. The old town is only 5 minutes away by bike. Supermarkets, bakeries and numerous restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The nearest bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk away.

The location close to the Stadtamhof district right next to the old town is one of the hippest districts in Regensburg. Quiet but still within walking distance of the old town. Numerous restaurants, bars and beautiful parks and squares make it the most popular district for students and young professionals. It is in a very central location and both the city center and the university can be reached by public transport or bicycle in 10 to 15 minutes.
