In weniger als 10 Minuten sind Sie in der Königsstraße, der zentralen Einkaufsstraße von Stuttgart, am Hauptbahnhof, im Kino oder Theater. Kultureinrichtungen befinden sich ebenso in der Nähe, wie das Szeneviertel mit angesagten Bars und Clubs. Hier leben Sie wirklich im Herzen von Stuttgart.

Gemäß den Bestimmungen in Stuttgart (Zweckentfremdung) suche ich Mieter für 6 Monate oder länger, dafür ermögliche ich eine legale Anmeldung.

Die Wohnung ist modern und hell eingerichtet. Ein großer Panoramabildschirm lädt zu einem entspannten Fernsehabend auf der bequemen und kuscheligen Couch ein. Im Bett können bequem auch zwei Leute übernachten, und das Schlafsofa kann auch mal einen Gast aufnehmen.
Das Apartment verfügt ausserdem über einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank mit ausreichend Stauraum.
In der kleinen aber funktional ausgestatteten Küche lassen sich leckere Kleinigkeiten zubereiten.
Im hauseigenen Waschraum haben Si eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen separaten Trockner zur Verfügung.
