I am offering a 25sqm 1-room apartment, fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, washing machine), in great condition and in an excellent location.

The apartment is on the 8th floor of an apartment complex in Bergheim, Heidelberg. 5 minutes walk to Bismarckplatz, from where you can enter the old town and reach any other part of Heidelberg by tram or bus.

4 different supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Alnatura) can be reached in 2-5 minutes on foot, many doctors, therapists and all sorts of other services are nearby. 100 meters away is the Stadtgarten, a large park with the Heidelberg city library.

Heidelberg Castle as well as the Holy Spirit Church and Old Bridge can be reached from Bismarckplatz in 40 or 20 minutes on foot through the beautiful pedestrian zone with hundreds of shops and dozens of side streets. There are buses there too, but the pedestrian zone is really the best way to experience the city.

Many restaurants to suit all budgets nearby, Indian, Japanese, Italian, fast food, fusion, and many more. There is a tram stop directly in front of the building and another on the other side of the park.

The main entrance is at the back, away from the street noise, with a small green area and a Greek restaurant. The apartment itself offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Neckar and Neuenheim with a 30km view and has a small bathroom with shower, all in all perfect size for 1 person.

There are also Heidelberg's best kebab and shawarma shops right outside the door, Charisma in the same building facing the street and Mahmouds one building away. You can easily reach Heidelberg Central Station on foot in 15 minutes or by tram in less than 5 minutes.

The building dates back to the 70s but the apartment was renovated about 10 years ago and is in excellent condition with 2 electric ceramic hobs and a fridge. The floor is made of laminate in the living area and black granite in the bathroom.

Another special feature: I have a special washing machine that has a contract with me that prohibits it from stealing socks in exchange for high-quality detergent. Please also stick to this agreement, otherwise she will get angry!

I leave my internet router with high speed 100 Mbit/s in the apartment; its use is included in the rent.

No parties, no groups of guests. No pets except small dry terrarium.

Due to the excellent location, the rent is €750 per month including utilities (€100) and internet (€50).
