Our flat is ideally located on rue Caulaincourt, a charming tree-lined shopping street in the north of Montmartre in the 18th arrondissement.
Montmartre is famous for its bohemian atmosphere, artistic history and picturesque streets, and rue Caulaincourt is no exception! Take a stroll along rue Caulaincourt and you'll discover local shops, cafés, bakeries, small restaurants and other convenience stores. These establishments contribute to the friendly, lively atmosphere of the street.
The area also offers interesting views over parts of Montmartre, including the Sacré-Coeur Basilica.

Close to the flat are the famous Moulin de la Galette, Place Dalida, Moulin Rouge, Place du Tertre and Place des Abbesses.

The flat is located 5 minutes from the Lamarck-Caulaincourt metro station, making it easy to get around the 4 corners of Paris and quickly reach the Opéra Garnier, the Grands Magasins, the Champs-Elysées, the Tuileries Gardens, the Left Bank and the Latin Quarter.

Our 49m2 flat, located on the 2nd floor with lift, is perfectly optimised and designed to accommodate up to 2 people:

- There is a cosy lounge with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table and television.
The sofa can be used as an extra bed by pulling out the seat frame, and there is storage space under the sofa's chaise longue.

- A modern shower room with shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. It offers a functional and stylish space.
