The apartment consists of two bedrooms with queen size beds, a kitchen and a living room with a dining table. Induction hobs, a refrigerator with large freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment is located a few steps from Milan's Navigli, chic and bohemian, famous for its happy hour clubs and nightlife but also rich in history: the Navigli area is one of the most varied and characteristic in Milan.

It is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Milan: it seems that the Naviglio Grande dates back to 1200. The neighborhood has been completely reborn in recent years, very close to the center (20 minutes on foot). The Navigli offer suggestive and romantic views and along the waterways there are delicious typical restaurants and numerous restaurants of all kinds. The Navigli are lively places that in the evening come alive with people attracted by the Milanese "nightlife" and the happy hours of the clubs full of atmosphere.
Walking in the Vicolo dei Lavandai, stopping to take a suggestive photo at sunset from one of the many bridges or sitting down to read a book at the new Darsena are just some of the possibilities that the neighborhood offers. Perfect for tourists as an ideal starting point for visiting, even on foot, the most representative places of Milan.

GETTING AROUND THE AREA
A five minute walk to tram numbers 9 and 10 which run along the entire internal ring road of the city. Tram 15 takes you directly to the Duomo in just a few stops. The tram stop no. 3 is a stone's throw away in Corso di Porta Ticinese and takes you directly to the Duomo. The Porta Genova metro station is three hundred meters away, a 10-minute walk with which you can reach the city center in a few minutes.

For those who love walking, in addition to the numerous routes along the water of the Navigli, it is possible to reach Piazza del Duomo on foot in about 30 minutes, along some of the most characteristic streets of Milan full of tourist attractions. A few steps away you can reach the Arch of Porta Ticinese, the Columns of San Lorenzo and the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio; while if you extend a little further, you also reach the Duomo.

For the rest we advise you to walk along the Navigli and the Darsena which, in addition to being a pedestrian area, are the most characteristic place in the city.

Upon your arrival you will find:

Upon your arrival we will give you the keys, we will show you the apartment and its amenities and we will give you all the directions and information you need.
At check-in you will be asked for your identity card to proceed with registration.
You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and except for exemptions provided by the Municipality of Milan)

For stays longer than 30 days a contract will be signed and it will be necessary to have an Italian tax code.
We can organize late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time slot by prior arrangement at least one day in advance at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 02:00.
During your stay we will always be at your disposal for any requests, advice or information about your stay in Milan.
